Crowds flooded Mistlin Park on Labor Day, to witness hot air baloons take to the skies in early hours of Saturday and Sunday.
Colors of the Skies is a charitable event that entertains crowds with hot air baloons, live performances, and huts filled with food, clothes, and accesories. Moreover, none of this could be possible without the hard work and dedication from volunteer workers such as Lucas Beeler.
“It’s a great cause and even though I am tired, I am happy to help.” Lucas along with other volunteers showed up at four in the morning to offer his service for the event. It is fair to say that without the deducation of the community, this great event couldn’t have been accomplished.
