Top 10: Things to do in the Summer

There are many things to do in the summer if you aren’t going on vacation. Even if you’re busy with sports or summer assignments, you can still do these things at some point in the summer.

    1. Tan outside. One way to get ready for summer is by tanning in your swimsuit outside your house. You don’t need to go to the beach to do this, you can just lay in your backyard with some music.

    1. Go shopping with friends. Summer is a good time to try on summer clothes and swimsuits in all the stores. Bringing your friends is a good way to get their opinions on them.

    1. Go swimming. Even if you don’t have a pool, you can go to a friend’s house and use theirs. Or you can just run through the sprinklers if you have no other option.

    1. Go on a drive with your friends. Most people in high school have cars, and summer is the best time to drive around with friends and listen to music.

    1. Take Cute Pictures. Dress up in your favorite clothes and have a photo shoot at your favorite place.

    1. Plan a summer trip. If your friends have their licences, you can all go to places like Santa Cruz or San Francisco for a day.

    1. Go on a walk. Sometimes you just need to get outside and get some fresh air in the summer. Whether you’re with your friends or with your dogs, it’s a great way to get out of the house.

    1. Go to the park. Play sports with your friends or have a picnic in the park.

    1.  Get a manicure/pedicure. This is an easy way to do something fun with your friends or with your mom.

    1. Get ice cream. This is a good thing to do especially on a hot day.

Enjoy your summer! Have fun and make good choices!
