Be Proud of Our Cheerleaders.

This Saturday, December 14, our Ripon High cheerleaders went to Merrill F. West High School in Tracy for a competition. They competed against three other cheer squads and placed second. The rules for the performance included a minute and thirty seconds of cheer, and a minute and thirty seconds of dance. Our Ripon High cheer squad is known for their amazing stunting, so of course they had huge, complicated, and dangerous stunts involved. The dance was as sharp as can be. The jumps were all together and perfect form. Thankfully, nothing went wrong in the performance. Everything was perfect! The cheerleaders have been working very hard to prepare for this performance and all the hard work paid off. Our cheer squad has come so far. Since they placed second, they qualified for the National Finals! Our Cheerleaders did such a great job, and if you know a cheerleader who went to the competition, you should congratulate them.
