There is more to Band than just playing an instrument with other students too. Ripon High Freshman, Jacob Dood, states, “I thought it would just be strictly learning the instrument and how to play the music but it’s a lot more fun than that.” Band is more than just playing music, though. Band is also about marching and playing at sports games.
The Ripon High School Band has already made a couple appearances around the school this past month. The Ripon High Band has been at every football game, and they aren’t expected to stop lighting up our football team with hope through their music.
The RHS Band team has shown to be a big part in the experience already, making our school a more musical place and demonstrating their amazing dedication.
