Mastering Golf at Masters

Mastering+Golf+at+Masters

Recently, the Girl’s Golf players, Katie Martin and Aaliyah Martinez attended Masters after a recent loss during sections. Masters took place this Monday, Oct. 30. The Masters competition consists of all the best teams throughout the Central Valley. This year’s Masters had 15 teams with a few representatives, who competed against each other. There are multiple sections depending on whether or not that team has won sections. Our senior golf players went among the amazing golf players at Masters.

Senior, Katie Martin states, “It’s really cool to be competing among girls who will probably go and be on the LPGA.” Martin has gone to Masters for all her years at Ripon High. “I just love my teammates, they made this season so good.”

Martin has high hopes for her golf career and we hope to see her go even further in golf!
