Each Winterfest dress up day comes with its own atmosphere. Traveling around the world, the introduction video showed RHS that Greece was our first stop! The freshman class presented their Greek mythology inspired poster to get their class excited. The following day, RHS traveled to the City of Stars. The sophomores’ Los Angeles spirit day preceded the day for France. The juniors set up a wonderful coffee table with a basket of baguettes and loaves of bread to represent the French aesthetic. The seniors watched as the video wrapped up in the Big Apple, New York City. 

After the announcement of the court candidates, selected for their kindness and involvement in RHS activities, those students played a couple games of tug of war against each other. One of the candidates, senior Chloe Lautenslager, states, “It was super exciting getting to play a game with students that I don’t know super well and represent the class.”

With popular travel locations as dress up themes and the excitement of the Winterfest winners, RHS is sure to have a thrilling week, wrapped up by a rival basketball game!
