Any account that posts cats also posts Uncle Bao Bao, which shows his pure dominance over the platform as well as how much the general population adores him.

Another important factor when considering the best silly cat is the physical appearance of the cat himself. Bao Bao is not only wide, but with his clean-shaven stomach, he has developed a very silly physique. But, the greatest feature Bao Bao has is his smirk. The smirk is what lets people know that Bao Bao means business in the world of internet cats. You see that smirk, and you know it’s Bao Bao.
