Clubs are a great way to connect with people as well as to get a better understanding of what the club is all about and Asian Culture Club is one of them because of how easygoing it is. The club was planned to inform people on the importance of Asian Culture and how cultures are celebrated. This club was originally founded in 2022 and continues to strive!

Earlier this month, Asian Culture Club sold t-shirts to help raise awareness for Asian family support systems in San Francisco. President John Young announced that the importance of the club is to “spread the word about, like the details of our culture, how they can be part of it, and to help others that are in need, such as with our fundraiser for t-shirts…” The overall goal of the club was to get people to relate to and share the many ideals of different cultures. 

Junior Gillean Corro stated, “Others should join if they want to know more about other cultures, try new things and just feel more connected to a different type of community.”

Clubs are a great way to open yourself up to new experiences, meet new people, and, in this club, learn about the cultures of Asian descent. The club offers a chance to appreciate the diverse traditions, history, and customs of Asian heritage.
