The Coin Wars have officially started as of February 1! It’s a contest the ASB put together to help the Leukemia Lymphoma society. The contest is between boys and girls and what gender can raise the most money and the best bragging rights.
This year the school has decided to donate the money in honor of one of our fellow student’s little brother, Joey Swortfigure, who tragically passed away from Leukemia on January 30, 2013. The money will be donated in his name to help other children suffering from this horrid illness. So Come on Ripon High let’s spare a few coins and make a huge difference!
