The first quarter is coming to an end, which means it’s time for Renaissance! The program is offered to give students motivation to achieve good grades and to do their best when it comes to academics. It rewards students who do well academically and maintain a quality GPA. Once a quarter ends, students have the ability to sign up and receive different prizes based on their academic status. 

There are two cards students can apply for the first quarter. For students that apply with a GPA of a 3.0 or higher, they will receive a red card. The red card features one ACE ticket and four late turn-in assignment passes. For students with a GPA of 4.0 or higher, they will receive a gold card. The gold card features three late turn-in assignment passes and a different prize each quarter. In the first quarter, you can choose a clothing item $20 or under from the student store, in the second quarter, a finals pass, in the third quarter, a food reward, and finally, in the fourth quarter, a free graduation ticket. In addition, students who participate also receive the academic R and a star pin to attach to your letterman jacket.
