- Attention All Girls – Basketball tryouts run through Friday each day this week from 5-7pm in the small gym. Freshman girls – we are in need of athletes that might be interested in learning how to play basketball. We don’t care if you don’t think you’re good, let us coaches work with you and see. You never know, you might be what we are looking for. Give it a try! We need freshman players, so come on out!
- The Ripon High Sports Medicine program will be selling t-shirts starting tomorrow through next Thursday during lunch. We will be outside of the library with sample shirts for you to see. They are $25 each, with all profits going directly back into the program. Cash or check only please. Thank you in advance for your support!
- There will be a CSF meeting today for member in Mrs. Clevenger’s room at lunch. Grab your lunch and we’ll see you there!
- Hey RHS! It’s Dude Be Nice Week! Show gratitude to our Dude or Dudette for this year as well as to our student body by participating in our spirit days. Wednesday – Show gratitude for your guardians and dress up as either a soccer mom or BBQ dad. Thursday – College spirit day. Dress in your favorite college attire to be grateful for education. Friday – Show gratitude for our teachers, dress as your favorite teacher on campus or red and white spirit dress. We also have a rally on Friday and we can’t wait to see your spirit!

- On behalf of the Ripon High Book Club, we would like to thank everyone who donated books last week. We successfully collected 315 books collectively for the Manteca Boys and Girls Clubs. Thank you for all of the donations!
- Attention all seniors, are you needing help with your college essay or short answer questions? There are two sessions left in Mrs. Burton’s room (F4) on November 2nd and 16th from 2:30-3:40. Hope to see you there!
- October Students of the Month are Freshman Harleen Laur and Junior Harsimran Kaler. Congratulations to these two students as they are consistently involved at Ripon High and are excelling academically. Check out the ASB Instagram page to get to know more about them!
- Good morning RHS! Today is the first of four playoff games we’re hosting this week. Tonight our girls volleyball team faces Sutter in the section semifinal. Come out and support! Just a reminder – ALL playoffs require tickets to be purchased on GoFan. Student tickets for all playoffs are $5 plus fees. You can NOT use ASB to get in and NO tickets are sold at the gate. Be prepared and get your tickets ahead of time!

- There will be prizes at tonight’s Volleyball Semifinal. Check in for a chance to win. We will be giving away some vouchers to Mountain Mike’s pizza between the 2nd and 3rd sets. You can’t win if you don’t check in!
