• The Seal of Biliteracy is now open for seniors to apply.  Please see Mr Saenz or Mrs McPherson to verify if you meet the requirements and to get your application. The deadline to apply is February 1st, so don’t procrastinate!
  • We’ve seen who’s on Winterfest Court, but it’s time to decide who will be our spirit King and Queen. Don’t forget to vote during Advisory on Wednesday, January 25th, and go to the basketball game on Friday for the coronation! The reveal will be at halftime of the Varsity game. 
  • Hey Yogi’s, just so you know, we will not have Yoga club this week due to Winterfest. See you back on the mat next week.
  • Don’t forget to come out to the black light night rally this evening at 7:00pm in the MUB. 
  • The RHS Booster Club is having a food fundraiser at Brothers this week on Thursday, January 26th. Just mention the Booster fundraiser and a portion of your sale will be donated. Make sure to show the Boosters our RHS support by ordering your lunch or dinner from Brothers!
  • Garden Joy is planning summer camp, July 24-28, and is looking for volunteers. Contact Val Ishmael at 209-996-5534 if you’re interested.
  • Check the SuperFan App for the first Winterfest Week Fan Poll. Answer correctly for bonus points. All participants will be entered to win a Ripon Coffee House gift card.
  • There will be a knockout competition during halftime of the girls varsity basketball game tomorrow night. Check in if you want a chance to play.
  • Friday Night’s Basketball theme is poster night. Students in the student section make appropriate posters and display them during the game. After the game, they will be hung around the gym until the end of the season! Supporting posters only. Posters will need to be turned in ahead of time for approval and can be picked up at the game on Friday. Watch The Ripon Tribe and SuperFan social media for more details.
  • Forecasts are showing that tomorrow is going to be the best spirit day yet! Dress for your favorite weather, whether it’s sunglasses and shorts for those sunny days, or mittens and boots for the cold winter nights . The competition is heating up, but it’s anyone’s game!
  • Detention for today is canceled. If you have a detention to serve, you can do it tomorrow or Thursday after school from 3:45-4:45 or Wednesday morning from 7:45-8:15.
