• The Seal of Biliteracy is now open for seniors to apply.  Please see Mr Saenz or Mrs McPherson to verify if you meet the requirements and to get your application. The deadline to apply is February 1st, so don’t procrastinate!
  • Anyone planning on participating in Boys Golf, there is a parent and player meeting tonight at 6:00 pm in room P8.  We will go over important dates and information as well as ordering uniforms.
  • There will be a Swim Team meeting for anyone interested in joining the team next Thursday, February 2nd at 5pm at the pool. Don’t miss it!
  • The RHS Booster Club is having a food fundraiser at Brothers today. Just mention the Booster fundraiser and a portion of your sale will be donated. Make sure to show the Boosters our RHS support by ordering your lunch or dinner from Brothers!
  • The Red Cross is putting on a blood drive at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church next week on Tuesday, January 31st from 11am-5pm. Make sure to stop by if you are old enough and can help save lives. You can also help by making posters for the blood drive and get 3 hours of community service volunteer hours for each poster. If you have any questions DM the RHS Red Cross Instagram account @rhs.redcross.club  
  • Anyone planning on playing football in the fall, there is a meeting tomorrow at lunch in the south gym.  We will cover uniforms and numbers for next year.We are also going to discuss offseason information.
  • Just a reminder for all student drivers who park on the street in the community – DO NOT block access ways, driveways or crosswalks. You will be given a ticket if you do block these areas.
  • Yesterday’s Fan Poll results are in. 81 people responded and 80% answered correctly. According to Jolly Rancher, the most popular flavor is watermelon.   • If you are making a poster for tomorrow night’s basketball game, it must be turned in to Mrs. Pendleton by 3:50 PM today. Make sure your name is on the back. You will not be allowed to bring posters into the game tomorrow night. They must be turned in this afternoon. You will be able to pick up your posters tomorrow night at the game.
  • It’s the day you’ve all been waiting for…. tomorrow is anything but a backpack day! Make sure to let your creativity show with a makeshift bag of your imagination. Whether it’s a bucket, a pet carrier, a wheelbarrow, or a laundry basket, don’t forget to keep it appropriate and wear red and white to show your class spirit!
