The Ripon High freshman had a chance to experience their first FFA conference known as Greenhand. On September 26, at the Modesto Ag Center, freshman from Ripon High to Riverbank had the opportunity to see just what the FFA is all about. With fun activities and games, students had the chance to learn about all the things FFA has to offer.
The first thing that Greenhand offered was games and activities that showed team work and leadership. Throughout the day, there were multiple stations that students could use to interact with students from other schools. At the end of the day, every student that attended got an award that showed that they had gone through their first stage of being an FFA member.
