Media bereau Roskomnador announced this week that internet memes of celebrities are illegal in Russia if they do not accurately represent the celebrities personality.
This news is actually only a clarification of policy on Russia’s part and is really nothing new. Luckily, here in America, we can still make fun of celebrities all we want.
