Maddyn Forks, Journalist
Maddyn Forks is currently a freshman at Ripon High school, and this is her first year apart of the Smoke Signal/Journalism. This year she hopes to achieve her goal of having a perfect 4.0 by the end of the year. She’s joined a few clubs including the Multicultural Club, Photography, Drama, Yoga and Pilates, and Girls League. Her favorite part of journalism is interviewing teachers and students to get to know them. She looks forward to going to all the dances and football games. After high school, Forks wants to go to UCLA and become a lawyer. She wants to make people smile and spread positivity and help change the world.
