Life in many cases is like a big piece of yarn, and after that piece of yarn is done with, it’s over. You can’t get any of it back, so making the best of every situation and taking advantage of it is always the best option.

Living life with regrets is the worst thing anyone can do. Many people go by the phrase YOLO, or you only live once, and it is a very viable saying to go by.

If I could go back in time I would play football more. I only played two years in high school and I wish I played all four. The brotherhood and family is something u won’t forget. The sport is fun and I wish I could enjoy it longer than I have,” stated Cody Wiggins.

Many people are unsure of what decisions to make because they may not know what’s best for them and can be a discomforting feeling, and at times is the reason people are regretful with their decisions is that they don’t know what the heart wants.

I think it just comes down to them either not knowing what’s best for them or them not wanting to get out of their comfort zone and take an opportunity which leads to regrets later on,” said Jordan Haslett, Junior.

Sometimes taking the initiative of taking your opportunities and doing what’s best for you has to be the best choice. Sometimes doing what is right for yourself, or doing what will benefit you most from an unselfish standpoint is always the best option to take in any situation because later down the road you’ll think about a certain situation and regret not doing it.

It takes time to accept your decisions for some people and others will just always have that regret but it gets easier to deal with as time goes on, people can just reflect on their decision,” states Emily Vander Weide, Sophomore.
