Taitem Brown, Media Editor
Taitem Brown has joined journalism for the second year as a sophomore and is eager to work on the newspaper. Her main goal for this year is to get good grades and become more involved with all that goes on at the school. She is involved in United club, tennis, and is media editor for The Smoke Signal. Her favorite part of journalism is being on the inside of all the different events at Ripon High. It is fun to be in the know about all that happens. She also enjoys taking charge of photography and design. This year she is looking forward to all the events that happen at the end of the year. She is excited to finish the year strong and feel apart of the school. Her plans after high school are to go to college and study aerospace engineering. She wants to work at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory after. She wants to change the world by advancing technology and increasing knowledge. She enjoys putting in an effort to make The Smoke Signal something she is proud of.
