Adding on to Disney

When it comes to watching shows, we rely on using either T.V., Netflix, or Hulu, but on November 12, the release of Disney Plus allows us to have the ability to watch our childhood favorites like Star Wars, the Lion King, the The Incredibles, all of the Avengers movies, and a whole variety of other amazing movies, shows, and short films.

Disney Plus made Disney fans super excited when the Disney company leaked out that all shows and movies created or owned by Disney will be premiered on to this program. Movies from Disney Vault, which is where a selection of movies that are “locked away” in this vault, can not be sold or shown. Not only is it just Disney, it is other brands such as Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and even National Geographic.

“My favorite part of having Disney Plus is just remembering the memories I’ve had with these movies and shows,” Freshman Jacob Allen stated.

The newly added Disney Plus is not only terrific, it’s also very convenient. You can watch on your phones, your T.V., and even gaming consoles. This could be for other streaming applications such as Netflix and Hulu. Disney has recently parted ways with Netflix with having movies owned by Disney on Netflix causing the people in Netflix to get rid of all movies owned by Disney. This could be dangerous because many Netflix users watch movies owned by Disney, so now those users will switch to Disney Plus.

“I like Hulu and Netflix better because they have a wide variety of genres and yes, it is true that they have National Geographic but they don’t the vast mixture of different genres like romance and stuff like that,” Freshman Alexandria Haynes stated.
