Quarantine Activities that you can do
Officials all around the world have chosen to instruct people to keep a distance from others. Though mostly only people with heart and lung diseases should be worried, this phenomenon was made, so the whole world is enveloped by fear. Scientists are working on a cure, but that could take months, years, and maybe even decades. The only beneficial impression regarding the Coronavirus is that it has reduced pollution in the world. But since people are stuck up in their homes, people tend to get bored after a while.
Since everyone is stuck inside, people are either studying because of school or playing video games. I’m not saying that you have to cease performing these activities, but after a while, it does get tiresome at home.
“When stuck inside, it is crucial to start a healthy lifestyle. You need to exercise and stay fit. Some exercises that are easy and doable for everybody, such as yoga and core workouts,” said USA Today.
Since we are stuck in Quarantine and we can’t go outside to the gym or hang out with friends, we must stay connected with our friends and see how they are doing as well as also working out at home, whether it be pushups, situps, squats, etc. To stay connected, you can message, call, facetime, etc. and keep a high moral.
“One activity that I like to do is to play basketball in my backyard. Even if you don’t have a hoop, you can still work on your dribble moves,” said Vivek Kalkat.
Social distancing can be arduous because you can’t hang out with people that are not in your house. It has affected sports, for instance, the NBA, NFL, NHL, and the MLB have decided to shut down because of the Coronavirus.
