Mr. Kissee is a new teacher for Ripon High this year. He currently teaches International Math 1, 1A, and 2. He has attended nine colleges including Boise State, Stanislaus State, and Concordia. He also went to Humboldt to play football. When he transferred from Boise State to Stanislaus State, he changed his major from mechanical engineering to mathematics. He has had a 13 year teaching career at many schools including Turlock Christian, Modesto Christian, and Ripon Christian before coming to Ripon High. He has helped with several robotics teams during his teaching career. Mr. Kissee is also the defensive backs coach for the Ripon High Indian’s football team. He coaches because he believes that football is a sport that builds boys into men. He has one daughter, Abbi, who is currently attending Ripon High as a junior.
