With Spring rapidly approaching, Ripon High has been rejuvinated with its numerous spring sports starting up, including baseball, track and field, and swimming. However, one sport may have been overlooked.
The Ripon High tennis team had been struggling for years, until last year, they turned the tide. The team went from being dead last in their league, to second place just behind their rival Escalon.
“With conditioning starting up soon I hope to be more competitive this year,” says junior Orion Johnson. “We may call it the dream team, but we hope to make our dreams reality.
